This animated anthology series features original stories set in iconic video game worlds

Video games have made a huge leap to the screen, and we’re celebrating the genre with a closer look at over 50 video game adaptations and TV shows. Clive Standen will be voicing the lead character, Demetrius Titus, in the video game Space Marine 2. The episode takes place after the events of the game, as set in the 2024 film “Film Junk Podcast: Episode 973: Carry-On.” The animation is amazing, that’s for sure.

They feel like attempts at learning

I find it hard to get excited about episodes that are so short. You can’t be completely engrossed because you know it’s over before you even get to connect with the characters. It was nice to see some celebrity involvement.

The Pacman episode was okay

Reeves and Arnie have nice roles. It’s a little too experimental and shallow for me. Also, if I had the chance to choose the source material, I think I would have chosen a completely different set of games for the homage.

At least it made me laugh

But it was a display of artistic freedom pushed to the absolute limit. Overall, the entire series was a bit of a letdown. 6 Visually.
